Posted : 7 Nov, 2010 03:53 PM I don't think I've ever seen a Disney(or any animated movie for that matter) that I didn't enjoy at least on some level, if not completely. As I got older I kind of developed a little "I'm too old for this" attitude for some stuff when I'm around other people, but I really am a child somewhere down in here, and if I was by myself, I would probably watch all/any of it. I love stories. And I watch tons of chick flicks. You name it, I've probably seen/enjoyed it(including 27 dresses:goofball:). The only ones I don't really like much are the really over-the-top, uber-emotional ones... like(don't hate me, ladies): The Notebook, or A Walk to Remember, but those are the only two I can think of... And don't get me wrong. My favorite movie is Gladiator....so....*flex* *grunt*. :peace::peace: Post Reply

Posted : 7 Nov, 2010 03:53 PM Well ... savedbygrace, since I'm a romantic "barefoot guy" writer interested in the Christian romance novel genre, I'm different from the guys who would find some of these movies "dreck", as they have shared ... to me, it really depends on the writing, acting, directing, music, and other film qualities that went into making the romantic comedy or drama as to whether or not it is a BAREFOOT ROMANTIC HIT with ME!!! :hearts::hearts::hearts: I've shared before that I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, BAREFOOT LOVE to barefoot snuggle and watch romantic comedies and dramas with a "barefoot gal" as one of the SPECIAL BAREFOOT ROMANTIC BLESSINGS we share!!! :yay::yay::yay::dancingp::dancingp::dancingp::rocknroll::rocknroll::rocknroll: Among my BAREFOOT FAVORITE films for watching romantically with a "barefoot gal" at home or out in a theater are: "ONE FINE DAY" with Michelle Pfeiffer and George Clooney "MUSIC AND LYRICS" with Drew Barrymore and Hugh Grant "SLEEPLESS IN SEATTLE" and "YOU'VE GOT MAIL" with Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks "I LOVE TROUBLE" with Julia Roberts and Nick Nolte "RUNAWAY BRIDE" with Julia Roberts and Richard Gere "MURPHY'S ROMANCE" with Sally Field and James Garner I also LOVE a lot of the Disney classics, such as "Mary Poppins", "The Swiss Family Robinson", "The Parent Trap", "The Love Bug" movies, "The Apple Dumpling Gang" films, and "The Absent-Minded Professor" films!!! :applause::applause::applause: AND ... Posted : 7 Nov, 2010 04:22 PM I'm not a fan of the romantic comedies. Especially the Nichols Sparks ones which I feel cause women to look for the wrong things in relationships. I like the Disney Pixar films. I don't think they've ever made a bad one. Post Reply
