K.I.S.S.I.N.G.Posted : 6 Sep, 2010 04:56 PMTrue... But I can't even decide if I should cut my hair! Every time I glance at some wedding planning thing my eyes just about pop out of my head... |

K.I.S.S.I.N.G.Posted : 6 Sep, 2010 08:17 PMIn the end though, God is sovereign. Look in Acts (somewhere around 13. I can't remember exactly) where Paul and Barnabas want to go to Asia. They wanna go do ministry there, so they head that way. The Holy Spirit forbids them to go and does not allow them to enter. It's very clear that we can only resist the Spirit as long as God allows. They wanted to go, God didn't want them to, so he didn't let them. We can't irreversibly mess up our lives because God's got it in His hands. Seek Christ, and don't be afraid of action. As long as you're seeking Him, you can't make the wrong choice. Just keep moving forward. |

K.I.S.S.I.N.G.Posted : 6 Sep, 2010 10:51 PMYou're right. But sometimes my emotions don't feel that God is sovereign even though I know intellectually that He is. |

K.I.S.S.I.N.G.Posted : 7 Sep, 2010 02:17 PMIt's not a fast read, so don't get frustrated. It's no big deal to take your time. It's certainly not a finish-in-a-day book. |
