I have heard everything from a friend to a lover to a christian woman who puts God 1st to someone to be a mom to my kids. It goes from one end of the rainbow tot he next, I guess you can say. I just want to know what men really want from a woman. By the way I am in NO way LOOKING for a man, just friends NOTHING more. Lord knows, my mama just left this morning from her yearly visit and it's gonna take a few prayer sessions and morning devotions to get over it. She did check me for ticks, though. Posted : 9 Apr, 2010 07:23 AM There must a level (doesn't have to be a high level), but a level of attraction. She must share core beliefs, but I'm fine with differences because its all about understanding different view points. Then I have in mind characteristics, qualities and personality that is compatible to his (This is will be unique for every individual guy can answer on his own). If those three check out then at least for me there has to be a level of chemistry. The only thing I mean by this is the conversation doesn't seem forced. I kind of want to enjoy being around the person :laugh: Its a difficult question because like everyone stated everyone has been shaped and molded differently. Posted : 9 Apr, 2010 05:14 PM "Different guys want different things" has been pretty well covered, so I don't feel much of a need to elaborate on that. As for myself, a girl has to be Christian and seeking to grow her relationship with Christ. Beyond that, I have to be attracted to her physically. That doesn't mean she has to look exactly like a 20 year old Salma Hayek (not that a strong resemblance would be a bad thing), but I have to be attracted to her. I once tried dating a girl I wasn't attracted to, and that just ended badly. The next big one is a sense of humor. If a girl teases me right back, I love it. I'm an avid mountain biker, camper, and backpacker, so if a girl and I are going to have a shot longterm, she's gotta be willing to do that with me. I also am looking for a girl who is extremely confident. I want her to know that she is infinitely valuable in Christ and not be looking to me for validation. I cannot and do not want to be Jesus to anyone. I would also really like her to have a strong group of female friends. I will never be a female, so it's important that she have girls in her life to make up for that. Post Reply
