I was just wanting to get some advice on weight loss. I've been doing some research online but all I find is a bunch of ads promoting their weight loss pills. I know you are supposed to work out eat right and all that good stuff but what does that mean. Recently I've changed my eating habits drastically. I dont have a great deal of weight I'm wanting to loose but I'm 6'6 260 and trying to get to about 200 lbs.

My main problem is getting to the gym more often and knowing what to buy at the grocery store. Any help would do.

Thanks.

Oh, and about "getting to the gym". You dont need to actually do that. Isometric exercises can be performed anywhere, anytime. In fact, Ive found that they can actually be better for you because there is less chance of injury. Basically, your using one set of muscles to strengthen another set. You can get a cardio workingout just by walking. If youre just starting out, walking is recomended.

I agree with Acrozz and will add a little more to it. To lose the weight you need to look at your acid/alkaline balance of your body. Most of us with stress, the food we eat and our thoughts live a very acid lifestyle. Acid hurts out bodies and therefore our bodies will have a hard time giving up the fat because it is storing the acid. To to AnthonyRobbins.com and buy the Inner Balance.

Next, diet, Acrozz has it right. If you are hitting the gym to build up muscle hit it hard. Think protein...200 to 240 grams a day, the extra muscle will help clean out the fat. Then 45 min arobics 3 times a week. Honestly, if you want to see the quickest results, get the diet part down and workout with P90X. It works.

Hope this helps.

Be Blessed

Greg
