ONLINE vs.LIVE CONTACT

Do you feel more comfortable meeting a woman online then in person anywhere? why? Is it because it appears to be easier to just put all your information out there for any possiable canidate to read online? Then to verbally express in person all the details you put in your profile?

When I go out with the few friends I have on occations. It seems when the verbal comminication gets tough or gets one on one and the other cant hear the other or just plainly runs out of the verbal communication for awhile the cell phones are getting the attention by answering text messages or inbox voice messages. Does this usually happen around you?

Online allows you to recon a much larger area...

...in a much quicker time. Of course nothing could replace "face to face" time and even then the internet "intrudes" into our time.

Hi, I'm new with the forum thing, I only discovered it recently. But anyway I agree that you suffer less rejection on site than IRL, but i have also realised that it's easier to get to know a person online, obviously some physical things like "what does your smile look like"etc can not be known and maybe it's more difficult for guys because to them it's about sight (in general) and to women about realationship.

I have realised that the more honest and open you are the easier it is to get to know a person. I mean why would you try to be someone you're not and then fly many miles to meet a person they're not. It just doesn't make sense.

So all i say is, if you're just being you and you're open you will be able to find the right person. But yes meeting IRL makes a big difference but online there is less pressure, and you don't have to be shy, coz if rejected you won't see that person anyway.

The one major thing I miss is eyecontact and a smile IRL

bloomie and Arch thanks for your input

My input so far it is pretty much at even with me at being in contact with a person to person vs online. The person to person seems good for me because I can hear and feel the the person actual voice and actions.(see if we really have Connection)

The online seems good with me 2 because you know probably a little more about the person and may seem fair enough to feel comfortable of talking with them in person.

Thanks for all your input GivenLife
