If you were at a Christmas party and you saw me (or any other single lady) standing under the mistletoe by myself, would you walk over to me and kiss me, even if you didn't know me? Ha ha! Now that I am fully aware of how sexually charged it really is, I think I will knock that sucker down, stomp on it, and kick it into the garbage can where it belongs I guess. Funny, I was always on the same page as Proverbs, thinking it was just a fun little tradition that everyone enjoyed as a sign of innocent affection and merriment of the season. I'm just about ready to swear off the forums altogether for a while because here lately, every time I come in here I can't enjoy them. I, too, am saving my first kiss for that really special someone. However, I wouldn't count a little kiss just because of some mistletoe to be a real kiss. If that guy wanted to keep on kissin', or if he wanted to kiss some way other than just a quick peck, I'd have a problem with that. Just wanted to clear that up....I wouldn't want anyone to think that I'd eagerly kiss just any fellow. Post Reply
