Right now it is "Open the floodgates of Heaven, let it rain, let .... it ..... rain" I have no idea who wrote it and I don't care but when we sing this song loudly for 15 minutes straight the whole church is breaking out in tongues and all kinds of manifestations of the HOLY SPIRIT.
