Just a thought about...Does a Country matters in Love?

.. some would say oh love knows no reason, no boundaries, no distance. It has a sole intention of bringing people together to a time called forever".( On the other hand God's love is 1 Corinthians 13.)

To be honest... i can say that a country where one is living does matter (sad to know since i have no right to choose what country i would like to be born).

If you are in the room and the chatters are all from the other side of the world.. are you willing also to talk or chat with a lady from the Philippines? Are you interested in knowing her life? Knowing her practices and beliefs and most of all her family?

Or you will just talk with her because you're only two in the room and there's no one to talk with.. except her? Talk or leave the room.. there are choices anyway.

There was an instance that a guy told me that... Philippines.. oh where scammers live... where people live in shanty or poorly made houses...domestic helpers...and so many derogatory adjectives.

Are there cars in the Philippines? What do people look like... brown monkeys?

All these i experienced .. i thank God i did never stoop down .. even i was at my lowest ebb.. I always remember that i have to speak with kindness for kind words heal and bless,

What do you think?

Wow! I am shocked and appalled reading of the treatment meted out to not only you but many others. It is definitely not the Spirit of Christ influencing them to respond in such a manner. I am physically tough but a softie at heart so I am thankful that I never directly received discrimination from anyone off site or on site. I am aware and do know that it exists, though. The closest instance was one person E-mailed me words of adoration, infatuation and absolute desire to know me, so I looked at her profile to read the words ( whites only.) hahaha I am very light skinned but definitely not caucasian! It gave me a good laugh when she deleted that part, but that scared me. I usually don't browse profiles but I do a thorough check when I am contacted then reply. This includes carefully reading their profiles' intent, and pics. I have googled some pics and they were stolen from famous singers etc ( Lord help me ) About Philippino scammers, and shanty houses, no baths?? What did I read here? Those persons are children of the Devil for saying such cruel things to fellow Christians on a Christian dating site! You are all very strong and I believe you know your worth in Christ's eyes. Now, those horrible stuff aside, others answered very nicely concerning climate, distance. etc. My concern will be that of where to live ( you are going to be my beloved wife ) if the person is willing to migrate, then all is well ( our oil rich nation and culture is extremely welcoming, our national motto and anthem " Here every creed and race finds an equal place." ) I am concerned ( but I will do it for love, of course with assurances from my wife.) True love will and should, and must make a way despite obstacles and countries. A fact of life is, though, financial considerations are a must.. can you visit your loved one regularly enough whilst dating ( this is easy for me ) but most would find it very difficult to do so. There are things persons need to seriously consider before getting in too far and those are realities of life, but discrimination must never be the Christian option. God richly bless you.

Forever... i was in the chatroom of the over 40's when someone threw insulting remarks to the Filipinos of course that included me. i answered him and told everybody in the room that i have to leave for i might say something that i might later regret. I am aware that not all members here are Christians. Sad to say even those who claimed they are Christians have the tendency to discriminate people or bully them. Some are really insensitive.

I thank God for your insights, i hope a lot of members here will be able to read this and prayerfully learn from it.

Happy and blessed new year to you.

Again.. thank you.

Our new Miss Universe is from there ( let haters who discriminate eat that!.. Lol.) All who discriminate, and openly, publicly, insult others are not walking in the Holy Spirit at that moment but are influenced and yielding to " another spirit " so forgive them. Pay them no attention, yes leave the chat room, but know that you are God's treasure and your value comes from Him and not a "wimp" sitting behind a computer who probably hates his very existence, and rather than seek God, vents his frustration on others. Be blessed and a happy, successful. anointed New Year to you.

Oh Yes, the Miss Universe is from here, the Miss Earth, the Miss International and Miss Tourism .. all for 2015 .. but not the Miss World. All of that are blessings from HIM. Just praying that they serve the Lord our God with gladness.

I still enjoy the over 40's room, i left only during the time when someone threw insults.

Thanks Forever!!!

God bless!

Angle you said it. As a Christian God will put kindnesn compasion love in your hart to where you will take persecution. The whole model of what Jesus and the deciples did. Now doesnt mean we should look to get our heads cut of by ISIS.

That guy u refered to reminded me of the taxe collectors prayer and the Pharasee`s.

But I have seen alot of people from there and other countries men possing to be women (hackers)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tj-sC92wows

reminds me of that movie.

I used to hack myself and know what they r doin.

But never repay evil for evil. like those love things.

Love is never Hauty, Love ine never cruley etc. Keep the faith angle.
