I'm dealing with a bad food adiction and it needs to stop now. I'm just looking a someone to be there for me and encourage me. Any tips or advice would be helpful. Post Reply

Fasting is very spiritual and Holy Spirit will help you because I know that is the reason you are fasting. Not to lose weight like some on here say but to get help with your eating habits. There is no better help than God's help. Be encouraged. Post Reply
