@candisizzle Your young and so pretty, you deserve much better. And by joining here is a good decision you made.Surrounds your self with true Christians ,take their advice and learn from them too...Godbless:glow:
perfectly said Simplyme-jaz:) @candi, as jaz said, you are pretty, beautiful n young, and also I think you're full of life. Move on!!! Don't let the past or him bother you. God has someone better for you. The first and last time I tried dating in my life was with a non-christian too. Not because I willingly dated but I was threatened to be killed and I was foolish to give in to my fear forgetting my God is stronger than him. After the first date I started running and after a couple dates my life was prison. I too thought all men are mean and struggled to come out of it. But My faith in Jesus helped and I took the final plung, decided to face the fear, relocated and kept moving on. Took me about two years to overcome my fear, but I am a free spirited happy person now. Some men are mean yes but not all and so are women. Take care, keep the faith and move on. Will pray 4 u sis. May God bless and keep you.
I'm with the other guys, if he keeps harassing you and making it a hostile work environment, then once the managers know about it they can do 3 things:
1) Ignore it. (lawsuit ensues.)
2) Fire you. (Double-lawsuit ensues.)
3) Fire him. (Entire crisis solved.)
Now why he's doing it? For one reason, he's just not a nice guy.
Another reason could be that he's trying to lower your esteem and thus your standards by making you feel like junk doing anything he doesn't like. Which in this case means, "as long as you're not having sex with me, you're a bad person."
Another could be that he doesn't want to admit that he's wrong and is lashing out his anger on himself at you.
A lot of other reasons for this kind of behavior exist too but in a nutshell they all boil down to, you two don't match up and he doesn't like it. It could be any of those, even as simple as the first one.
But you're a pretty little thing. Enjoy life as Christ would have you! And talk to that manager about his behavior. If they won't do anything, call the HR hotline and police and start filing a restraining order if he gets worse. Be safe! :)
Thank you guys for all the replies :) I appreciate it.
I leave it all to God and I pray before I go to work. Thankfully, he hasn't been harassing me lately. We just ignore each other which is fine with me but I don't know how long til he starts being a jerk again. I will definitely let the supervisor know though. Thank you again! :)
Most men have difficulty processing emotion. Anger is the emotion men feel safe with and is the easiest to express. A angry man is a weak man. You are better off without him.
I find that the biggest badest men are really very wimpy inside. Yea they can beat someone up. Hit a woman. look real tough.
