The problem? I have trouble finding guys who have the same appreciation for my body type. My friends who are thinner are married or in relationships, while those with fuller figures like myself are single. What's up with that? Post Reply

Granted I'm a skinny guy, but not by choice. Born with a high metabolism, toss in running track pretty hard for 6 years, my body got conditioned to burn through food. Now, I don't run anymore due to injuries, but those injuries caused complications that spiked my metabolism even more. So, I'm 6'1 and I weigh barely 150. I am one skinny dude. That being said though, I prefer women who actually have some shape to their body, skinny girls are just, well...skinny. They look exactly same from head to toe, with no hips or anything! It's just not right. On the other hand though, being completely overweight to me is also gross. I love women that are comfortable knowing they're not a size 0, but if you can't bend down to touch your toes or the floor, or get winded pretty easy, there's a problem on the other side too, health-wise. And the only major reason it concerns me is because I'm young and I'm not slowing down any time soon. :) Post Reply

Posted : 24 Jan, 2012 05:41 AM Nickel, would it be possible for you to affirm the OP without insulting skinny girls? I have a dear friend who is a size 00 for the same reasons you say you're skinny (no matter what junk she eats, she can't gain weight). She is no less of a woman any more than someone who is average weight or overweight. It goes both ways. And her eating habits are just as lousy and unhealthy, so the health factor really shouldn't only be something brought up in discussions like this. I know lots of unhealthy, low-endurance skinny people. Post Reply

All the guys I have met always go for women who are fuller figure & have some curves to them! They don't like skinny girls who feel like they are going to break in their arms lol So don't worry, the right man that God has for you will love you for you!
