I think it depends on the reason the lady is getting something done. If she's just doing it for herself and not for anyone else or because she wants to be more attractive to men, and if she's not going overboard, then I think it's fine (i.e. going from AA to B kind of thing). That goes for implants, reductions, or things like fixing scars, replacing something that was lost due to illness, accident, etc, straightening out something that was broken, yada yada. For example, if someone's nose gets smashed, and they want it to be straight again, they should do it. And if they want to make a couple changes, then they should go for it. If a lady would feel more comfortable being slightly larger or smaller, she should do it. I think the lady who was wanting to go in a 3rd time was definitely being excessive. Anyone who goes to an unhealthy size (i.e. EE) is, well, nuts. And has some issues somewhere. And will have physical issues later. I think that if you're seeking perfection, you'll never find it and you'll never be happy. If you're doing it for someone else, you'll regret it. If you just want to look down and see a small size adjustment, and it's just for you and you alone, then more power to you!

And by being "slightly larger or smaller" I do not mean overall size. That's a whole other issue. I meant "chest size" but forgot the phrase "chest size" and the word I'd tried before was censored  My opinion on overall size is, if you take care of yourself, it doesn't matter what size you are, you're beautiful. If you eat right, get at least a little exercise in every week, keep proper hygiene, etc, you could be 200-300 pounds and still be gorgeous. It's about how you care for yourself and how you carry yourself. God created and loves us all. Take care of your body and you'll shine no matter the size!

I agree with cowgirl in your last post. I for one would not ask, expect, or want my gf or wife to change her chest size. #1, she is beautiful the way God created her. #2, a woman's chest size isn't the reason I'd fall in love with her. Sure we all have features we would like "improved" the features we have are what make us all unique. The only time I could see plastic surgery would be in the event of an accident, illness, or other situation that would involve reconstruction.
