I'll go for weeks and weeks with only a couple views, no messages, and no winks. Then overnight it changes. I'll have up to 10 views per day, at least one or two messages per day, and a couple winks per day. Unfortunately, most of those are from people outside the country or from people who are very obviously not a good match for me. After a week or so of that, my profile is "abandoned" again. I don't know why this seems to happen! I've wondered if my profile was showing up on the main page or something! I've also wondered if it has to do with new pictures, as the increased communication sometimes (not always) happens shortly after uploading a new photo. Do you all find that your profiles seem to go through cycles like that? Post Reply

Unfortunately, the men do not want to write! lol I answer all winks and get responses back. Sometimes I think many men just like looking at photo's of Women here. :laugh: Post Reply

Posted : 1 Jul, 2011 12:24 AM Wats escow money???.....i recently was checkin out my inbox(i don't usually answer inboxes frm outside kenya...i stopped after realising it couldn't work out)....checking there profiles...some of the members were banned...it actually suprised me that they were not frm 'nigeria'....thats wen i realised that scammers do exist here only that i had not been [email protected] now understand:) Post Reply

Posted : 1 Jul, 2011 06:17 AM Escrow means that a disinterested third party holds onto money for a deal until both sides have agreed that the deal has been fulfilled. For example, I am selling a very expensive product and you want to buy it. You don�t know me and you don�t trust me. So, you hire a lawyer to hold onto your money. I send you the product, and once you agree that the product is what you wanted, you tell the lawyer to give me the money. If you claimed that the product was bad, I could then go to the lawyer and argue that you are just trying to get out of paying me. It would then be up to the lawyer to decide if I had been honest in representing my product to you. If he decided that I was honest, and you were just trying to not pay me, he could give me the money even though you refused. This works for any kind of product or service that people offer. In the case of the scammers, they are just using the word escrow to make people think that this is safe. Oh! And this site doesn�t verify where you are from. Anyone can create a profile and say that they are from anywhere around the world. I have received messages from ladies who say they are in the US because they are looking for an American husband, even though they are actually in Indonesia. Post Reply
