The debate of kissingPosted : 20 Mar, 2011 07:05 AMIs it reasonable to think there are guys out there willing to wait until he is at least engaged to kiss? This is something I feel God is laying on my heart and although my friends support me and have even joined me, all I keep hearing is that is it impossible. Any thoughts? |

The debate of kissingPosted : 20 Mar, 2011 08:22 AMFor me, I think it just causes a lot of trouble and thats when the relationship tends to focus more on the two people and less on God where it is supposed to be. |

The debate of kissingPosted : 20 Mar, 2011 08:44 AMIf God really is laying that on your heart, then I'm sure you'll find someone who agrees. |

The debate of kissingPosted : 20 Mar, 2011 04:57 PMI myself believe that first kiss is wedding kiss. And I've met some guys who believe the same principal like me. |

The debate of kissingPosted : 20 Mar, 2011 05:35 PMI know plenty of people who waited to kiss until after they said "I do" and signed that marriage license. If you feel that God is leading you to wait until marriage to kiss, then you should stick to that conviction...and the right guy will share your conviction or respect you enough to abide by your wishes. |

The debate of kissingPosted : 20 Mar, 2011 07:57 PMDoing that, choosing to wait till engagement before the first kiss would probably show men that you have a backbone, and theyll respect you for it. |

The debate of kissingPosted : 21 Mar, 2011 04:59 AMI think it is reasonable. I'm saving my first kiss for my wedding day because it just makes the wedding day that much more exciting! A few of my friends and most of my family have told me that is the dumbest decision I could ever make. I don't care what anyone says, I know that He will bring me a guy that shares in my decision or will respect my decision. |

The debate of kissingPosted : 21 Mar, 2011 04:02 PMfor me it would depend on what kind of a kiss it was. it was just a peck would not be bad however if it were passionate that would proly make me want other things and that would not be right. |

The debate of kissingPosted : 22 Mar, 2011 05:02 PMI think this is mainly an American thing - certainly haven't heard of such a debate here in the UK... Of course, we have Europe's highest teen pregnancy rate so I wouldn't hold us as an example for anyone to follow! |
