Hollywood loves the slender women, but truthfully, there are a lot of men out there that like the fuller figured women. As long as you have something that resembles an hourglass shape, or even close to it, there is a good chance you will find a guy who will like it. About the only body type that men tend not to like is when you are bigger in the middle. Just keep a healthy weight, and let God take care of finding someone. Post Reply

I like my women with meat on their bones, so I fall into the "thick" camp (of course, thick doesn't mean morbidly obese or Rubenesque). Post Reply

Not that you have to be super slender, but that weight is an important factor when sorting through the profiles. But, I have a lot of leeway as to what I like, I am not set on only slender women. A woman's HEART (for God and for me) is MOST important to me; secondly, I prefer that a woman DESIRES and TRIES to take care of her physical needs, her weight and other needs, with God's help, "unto the Lord", as part of her taking care of her personal "temple of the Holy Spirit", just as I desire and try to do with my physically-challenged body, as well as, my heart, mind and spirit. Really though, people should be a lot more concerned about how their weight affects their health than they are about whether it affects who wants to date them. Everyone should be eating healthily and exercising regularly. It's part of investing in the future, making sure you'll be there for your friends and family. Don't do anything drastic though. Be confident, do what you can to be healthy, be confident, and you should be fine. But seriously, confidence is remarkably attractive. My friend Allie is not the skinniest girl I know, but she wears her weight well and is one of the coolest people I know. Incidentally, she's got plenty of boys knocking at her door. Post Reply
