Younger man/older womanPosted : 23 Nov, 2010 08:07 PMHow many years is too much? Is it a recipe for disaster? Not sure how I feel about it and would like to hear from the guys. |

Younger man/older womanPosted : 23 Nov, 2010 08:20 PMFor me, anything over 40 is no way, over 30 is possible, but not likely. I prefer younger than me. |

Younger man/older womanPosted : 23 Nov, 2010 08:24 PMOk! I guess the question I have for you then, is how old are you? Trying to figure how many years that is for you. And I'm sure it's different for each individual. |

Younger man/older womanPosted : 23 Nov, 2010 08:28 PMAs i've said in someones' thread i think named "Age" i've said "someone who is not too young to your brother or sister or someone who's too old to be your parents". |

Younger man/older womanPosted : 23 Nov, 2010 08:37 PMAny age difference seven years or more is probably not going to work. The closer to your own age you can get, the better. |

Younger man/older womanPosted : 23 Nov, 2010 08:52 PMMy last girl friend was 31, I was 51. At first it was a ego boost but as things got serious I began to have doubts. I talked to her on numerous occasions about it.but did not want to appear obsessive about age, but I was. I could not get out of my head that in 20 years I would be 71 and she would be 51...would I want to be married to a 71 year old? I confided in a friend about it. His comment was Who is to say you have 20 years left Hahaha. Anyway that is the# 1 reason we aren't still together. To answer your question, I think one needs to stay in their own generation. |

Younger man/older womanPosted : 23 Nov, 2010 09:50 PMI'm 21. I have little interest in college freshmen, so I'm really looking for 19-24. I've tended to date a couple years older, and it's never really been that big of a problem. Honestly, it would feel weird to me to date someone younger. |

Younger man/older womanPosted : 23 Nov, 2010 10:29 PMI don't think the age is as important as the "compatibility" part is. |
