I want someone wise that has experienced enough to teach from that experience. I'm attracted to no-nonsense maturity. A man that is not still trying to figure who he is and all that. I could date someone a couple years younger than me if he was mature for his age. I really would prefer someone my age or up to 5-6 years older, though. Much younger, and I'd feel that I was robbing the cradle, but much older and I'd feel like a child. Post Reply

For whatever reason, I tend to go for women who are 2-3 years older. I could guess at it all day, but my best bet is I tend to click more with older women. Dating younger kinda weirds me out, but I'd be ok with a 19 or 20 year old. They're not really THAT much younger. 18 year olds are too close to high schoolers to consider dating, and you change a lot your freshman year of college. I wouldn't date too much older, because things like not being able to have kids, increased risk of Downs, etc. become serious considerations at that point. Post Reply
