When all three are in effect, it�s powerful! The author states �A man is looking for a woman he can trust. In his world, where competition abounds, he needs to know that one thing is safe�his heart. He feels confident that he can defend everything else. The husband of a virtuous woman �trusts in her confidently and relies on and believes in her securely� (Proverbs 31:11) Continuing� �A woman who controls her passions and walks with a sensitive conscience before the Lord is attractive to a man. In a world where women have become more liberal, uninhibited, a precious commodity, even to men �in the world�. Every man wants a woman he doesn�t have to worry about. He has too many other dragons to fight, and he doesn�t need a woman who will be an unprofitable distraction. The wrong woman can be a plague in a man�s life and affect every area of his existence and well-being�. Your thoughts or comments? ~ GraceMae Post Reply
View Profile History	Levels of Beauty? Posted : 15 Jan, 2010 10:33 PM This makes me smile. Welcome to the minds of men. Think of holding a large flawless jewel in the palm of your hand. It doesn't have to say or do anything useful. It just IS beautiful, elegant, and priceless. That's what a beautiful (mind, body, and spirit) woman is like. Very rare, and a man would do anything to win her. And when you catch a glimpse of her it's like Bruce Lee punched you in the heart. It's hard to keep your cool around them, which is why we go crazy sometimes, but if they're truly beautiful they can disarm that. Post Reply

Because the things that have been most attractive to me have not been a woman's appearance. And you're right on the mark for the guy's heart. It is definitely the thing I protect/hide the most. But, you already know that now. I liked what you had to say, so I wanted to check you out. :glow: Mark, I think it's worth noting that you will be a Godly womans "prize". It's not often that a man will be real and be public or private about admitting flaws, weaknesses or deficiencies about themselves. Posted : 16 Jan, 2010 10:44 PM I learned as a very young man (indoctrinated by the military) that to relinquish control of your emotions is to prepare yourself to die. So I became a "automon"...a robot...a cold hard man of steel that guarded his Heart and never allowed anyone close to it. A woman's beauty was only at one level -- body...sometimes...the mind also, but never would I allow myself to connect at the Soul level. I've since been remade and I now experience a woman's beauty at all three levels. A woman's beauty at the minds level is her physical appearance -- hair...eyes...smile...contours...etc. The ones most prevalent are her eyes and her smile. These are what attracts a man first. An analogy to food would be the appearance of the dish...it's colors and general look. The next level of beauty is how it "touches" a man physically -- how she kisses...feels...smells...tastes. The more "baser" aspects of beauty. Again with food...it is the sensation of aroma as you bring the mouthful to your mouth and the taste and texture on your tongue. The third level is how it effects a man's soul. This is where some men refuse to go.. This is where we are so vulnerable (women too) and where we usually have the hardest time allowing someone in. This is where we "give" our Heart to someone else to control. This is where her laugh or her smile or the very sound of her voice reaches down inside of us and "grabs" us and "holds" us and we surender to it. We give up any and all control. This is where we are nourished by Love...fed by Love. This is where we can be devastated by Love...where we can be Killed by Love. Our most dangerous, but also our most rewarding place. I could go on but then I would show all how much of a fool in Love I really am. Post Reply
