The kind of Godly men who are gentlemen, who know how to be responsible, and knows how to pursue/court a lady? Does he only exist within my imagination? Post Reply

Somebody needs to snap her up fast before she gets discouraged and leaves the site. I promise you won't regret it. Now, I know what you are thinking. If she's so great Bob, why don't you pursue her? High praise indeed from another man, praise Jesus! I told him that is because I look to the one who is a real man and seek to follow Him. You know who I am referring to............Jesus. Look to Jesus betty, He is real as they get then look to find a man who mirrors Jesus in his life. Thats the man you want. Be encouraged dear sister their are still real men out here. I would never court/date/marry a woman who drinks, even if she only drinks upon occasion. I am within her age range, Ive never been married so its impossible for me to have children. There are too many people, both men and women, who have put aside "old fashioned" values in regards to relationships and courtships. There has been a role reversal where the women become the pursuers and have become very aggressive, and the men have become lazy and don't take their God-appointed leadership role. I ask the Lord all the time where the real Godly men are hiding. They must all be under some unturned rock somewhere, for I know they must exist somewhere. It is true, I do have high standards and expectations, and they will remain high. I hope that others have high expectations for me. I have to have something to live up to. Post Reply
