Fitness Challenge Week 3Posted : 1 Feb, 2011 02:19 PMOkay, this week's goals include the same as week 2. That is to walk an equivalent of 4 blocks, preferably not all at once and drink about 64 oz. Remember vegetables, fruits, tea, and coffee will count towards this. To add on to this challenge, try a fruit or vegetable that you've never tried before and let us know what you tried and whether you liked it or not. |
