Fitness Challenge Week 2

Sorry I haven't posted this yet. We are keep this week's challenge the same as last week, in case you didn't read the end of last week's.



Just a reminder for all, its 64 oz or 8 cups a day. Keep in mind you can use, tea, fruits, and watered based vegetables to help with this consumption, so if you don't exactly drink 64 oz, but you did have some of the above mentioned, that does count. Oh yes Chevy, the coffee counts too.



Also, walk an equivalent of a block 4 times this week, which is roughly 1/16th to 1/8 of a mile.

I drank my 64 ounces before noon yesterday-- and at the rate I'm going this morning, I may reach that goal by 11 a.m..

Ok, not so good this week. Foot soreness (new shoes) meant I only walked 4 miles this week. Averaged 32oz water each day. I'll do better! :goofball:
