In those olden days our are parents were proud being virgin until the night of their wedding day but nowadays, its entirely a different thing, sex now play a vital role in dating, friendship, relationship etc why is it an important issue between partners, couple even friends... Where did it all go wrong?? Are we doing the right thing or the wrong thing by having sex with our partner before marriage...??? Post Reply

But, being that the guy I was dating became basically a donor by 7 months into the pregnancy..... I will not be giving in to Satan's strongest tool (lust) again! God looked over all that He created, and it was good. Sex was part of that, right? Satan has tainted earthly things, yes? I see the world, with it's greed, ugliness, and evil-doing.... And I think, if we all pul together it can be better! Sadly, God promises in revelations that in the end everything will just stink. We must arm ourselves with His Word and take up our personal cross to bear each day! Put on the armor of God and stand strong and united. We know God will win, our prayers asked in faith wil be answered, we will live on after our debt is payed and those who persecute His children will burn in the pits. Stay strong and know Him. He wants the best for you and will bles your faith in His plan. Post Reply

Remember to even look upon another in a sexual manner is sexually immoral in God's eyes. Sex is supposed to be reserved for your spouse; think of it this way. Each time someone has sex before marriage, you married that person and when you left them you divorced them as well. We as Christians frown upon those who have been divorced which is not right. The sin began before marriage; as we were not evenly yoked. Had we been we would never had divorced. Yet, we fail to look at sex before marriage and fall short to realize some of us may have been married more than once; at least in God's eyes not man's law. Genesis 2:24 says," Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.� Post Reply

If You want to be with someone sexually you are to marry that person, not to say that it always ends up that way but that is what God says to do and now that I understand his word and have Jesus living in me I Plan on obeying Gods word. As for where it went wrong well, Satan is behind it, He always has been but his days are numbered and he is trying to win as many souls as he can. JMO Post Reply

Posted : 3 Jun, 2012 07:04 PM Sex before marriage is usually a hush hush subject in church but Christians do it they have sex before marriage Sexual sins of all forms affect members of the church body while it is easy to say "run like Joseph when Potiphars wife propositioned him " if we fall into sexual sin we have to look at our infirmity which causes us to sin which is reflective of our lack of intimacy in out relationship with Christ there are other extreme issue I don't have time to address (i.e. sexual addictions, pornography, sexual abuse/assault which affects intimacy with man & with Christ even for the married folk) Somewhere we allowed our fleshly desires to overtake us this is not to say that Christians don't sin we all fall short but shall we stay in our sin God forbids It is a heart matter we have to do a self evaluation of ourselves people fornicate or commit adultery for many reasons but we all have to turn it over to God & allow him to reveal to us the infirmity causing us to sin & pray for deliverance deliver us This is from a woman who experienced it herself asking God to reveal my infirmity causing me to fornicate, I confess my sin privately then later publicly (I felt the move of God & it helped others) I repented & God has wiped my slate clean Post Reply

Having sex before marriage is sin, and it is stupid, especially if you're pretending to be a Christian while doing so. I recently got married, and I was proudly a 27-year-old virgin on that day! You rarely find anywhere in the bible that talks about wedding ceremonies,except for the very rich,and some African tribes. The wedding ceremony was instituted by man,not by our creator. I do agree with if you are going to have sex,you had better be ready to get married. Post Reply
