Posted : 5 Jun, 2010 09:55 PM 1. extroverted or introverted? 2. how do you find your polar opposite? 3. what do you do to better appreciate them? 4. which would you say you have been most attracted to and why? 1. i would say i am an introvert. i like my space, i enjoy my own thoughts i also am very selective in who i open up to. i rather listen most of the time, the rest of the time it's because i have something to say. 2. i find extroverts can be very entertaining :laugh: ,it's when they try to invade my personal space i find myself suffocating. some can be pushy at times, always want to know stuff...;"what are you thinking?" grrr 3. i try to reciprocate instead of trying to figuring everything out in my head, and even IF i do, i participate in the conversation as though i didn't know in the first place :laugh: and try to learn 4. introverts. i don't know why, i just like being around them. Too many people for too long a time... could get ugly. People tell me that I am shy which gets on my nerves because I am not shy, I am quiet. 2. It depends on the person and how extremely extroverted they are. I get along with most people, but some people just drive me nuts. I like them as a friend usually, but when I am around them for more than an hour I start to get annoyed and wish they would go away. 3. I haven't actually thought about that. When I know that I'm going to be around people that annoy me for a long period of time I will pray for patience in dealing with them, and I'm sure they probably need to pray for patience in dealing with me! 4. I find my polar opposite to be entertaining, but that often turns quickly to suffocating. I know it's not right, but I often see them as "needy" 3.I realize that just as much as I need time ALONE, they need time WITH. If I'm given time alone, I'm happy to share time with them. I guess to each their own, and if I'm respected for being me, and how I am, I need to return the favor, and respect them for how/who they are. 4. Other introverts, but typically introduced through an extrovert. I prefer introverts, because I know I'm as big a part of their little world as they are of mine Post Reply
