is a light heart an empty one?

is heavy the only way?

will the wind blow you down

up, round, away?

are your roots underground?

or do you want to fly?

i have never seen an evergreen bird

eyes on the prize

keep growing uP

but roots going down?

its the same on all fronts

a tree upside down

its the same don't dig it up!

do you want to fly?

stay on the lighter side of life?

dig a little deeper

canopies are sky high



i was watching a surfing video, actually it's a music video by a surfer. and started thinking about how light hearted and airie it was, and wondered hmm, is that the way to happiness? that weightless feeling? well i wrote that(above) to try to figure it out. something struck me about the way people now-ah-days view happiness and esp the phrase "as long as your happy"... we feel weightless but when gravity pulls everything is 'destroyed' because we have no concept of the laws of this land. roots are necessary, and i remember telling someone this a good while back, even birds are subject to gravity. troubles in our lives are like gravity they keep us grounded and grow our roots! actually it is God who gives the increase...but i hope you can see where i'm coming from.:waving: and yes our yoke is easy and burden light, but we must fear the rulers of this land among political leaders there is gravity, refraction, erosion, etc etc... lol life sure is funny
