ExercisePosted : 21 Oct, 2011 12:48 PMI notice some guy profiles on my searches have photos outdoors and some may even have one in races. I am wondering how many of the members here like to run? Indoors? Outdoors? Treadmill? What is your prefect setting for running? Do you also register and run road races or trail races? Which is the most fun race you participated in? |

ExercisePosted : 22 Oct, 2011 06:16 PMMy perfect setting is running outdoors a little before sunrise or after sunset when it's nice & cool out, if not i run indoors. For some reason i can't stay focused on running while i'm on a treadmill so i gotta have a t.v. in front or some music playing lol. |

ExercisePosted : 24 Oct, 2011 08:42 AMOh outdoors i don't use music, as long as i got a nice path in front of me i'm good to go :D. Indoors i listen to a lot of random music from artists, movies, games etc. Here's a few of them: |

ExercisePosted : 24 Oct, 2011 06:14 PMThanks for the new leads on tunes. If anything, I listen to army cadence. Sometimes the cadence is just on my head, and I just keep thinking about them over and over. There are other songs on my shuffle, but they are pretty fast paced that I don't really listen to the words, just the beat to pace myself. |

ExercisePosted : 2 Jan, 2012 08:02 PMI've just started doing treadmill work. I found this running program on the Navy's pre-boot camp conditioning information. I'm not joining, but it's a good program to take you from zero to running at a steady pace. My goal is to run at least one charity 5k this year. |
