I'll start with one of my poems I wrote that was inspired by the prayer of my senior pastor this fall. It's titled "Seasons Collide": The rain falls down in gathered puddles Beneath my feet, washing away stains Of all my mistakes and breaking pains And memories of long, soft cuddles The wind howls at my face as I break Tears fly behind me in anguish now Leaving me questions of why and how But now I've put far too much at stake I stand in the ocean, in waist deep As the wave knocks me down, I just drown In purity that washes me clean I fall hard and fast in peaceful sleep The sun beats on my dry, sandy feet My hands touch the ground in hope for rain So that I could gain some direction All these years, I still seek affection The snowflake flutters onto my nose Piles of them, above the road they rose Even past my cold, prostrate body I wish for time to be frozen, stop The leaves whirlpool around my stature All the brown, gold, red, and orange consume My thoughts, they spin in constant sequence Past all the concepts of consequence I love to be captive in His arms His love, His kindness, it captures me His nature so raw, it sweeps me up And puts me face down in reverence By: Joshua Murphy Now let me hear yours.... All I could do was shake and cry And taste my own tears, When I raced up that hill did I ever stop? I went on, even when my knees were shaking You gave me the faith to stand up and fight and resist the devil ! You gave me the encouragement that I really need You told me that you would never leave me or forsake me Now you got me loving someone I don�t even know Someone that you touch someone you made I�m so in awe of your love I cant breath with out you abba father I cant live with out you All I can do is stretch my arms and thirst for you I need an overdose of you Jesus I will jump for you just to make you happy I will sing and shout, I will shout to the top of my lungs Your love for me Never felt so real Post Reply

Towards the Trinity in loving obedients. Thus leading the heart to shine on through obeying the commandments. By believing the truth wich sets all free from the accursed by atonement christ. This is what Christ states remeber the cross in times of need thus wisdom is excepting me in the One who sent me. The fool says in his heart there is no cross for redemptions grace. Yet in ignorance the fool wonders in darkness pondering to lead others astray. Thow grace will be bestowed on those that believed and received Christ as king in the order of melchevdec. Watch and wait those who haven't gone astray so when the king comes you will be with the anointed one in the clouds of glory. You will know Him when you see Him. Post Reply

View Profile History	Let's share poetry Posted : 6 Feb, 2009 08:26 PM A soft summers snow is gentle an radiant. I feel a drop a snow melt on my face. My sister says are u crying. No I say. How much longer must heavens tears of the Father fall wanting us to wake from a frozen reality in not knowing of understanding His ways. This is the portion of men many are called by Father but few are chosen. I wonder if I wakened to be chosen not just called. Everybody wants to go to heaven no one wants to go down. Yet in order to get there you must be chosen. Only the good Master knows the wolfs from the sheep. Only heaven knows the paths end of men. Thus leading to all are finest hours the end of are life. The breath of man returning to the maker. Everyone has a end yet when? Post Reply
