Which door would you choose?" The struggle for most lies in the desire to follow God completely and the fear of what might be behind the door of full surrender. Most of us desire to follow God, but few of us will do it at any cost. We do not really believe that God loves us to the degree that we are willing to give Him complete permission to do as He wills in us . . ." So I've submitted today the first part of this convicting teaching as a prayer for all of you and for me that we will all go through this door in faith in 2010. Love, val Post Reply

The Lord Jesus says that unless we deny ourselves, take up our cross and following Him daily we CANNOT be His disciple. The Lord Jesus does not make it easy to be His disciple. We are so distracted by the things in our life that we don't see that He IS our life. Post Reply
View Profile History	For my Spiritually Mature Christian Family: Open the Door of Full Surrender Posted : 27 Sep, 2011 02:35 PM Greg, Sometimes God does take away our comforts if they are taking place of the Lord in our life or, if he is drawing us to trust in him, he may do this for a time, but it won't last forever, but once we have learned what he wanting us to learn, he will bring all of those comforts back.
