I'm blue

faithful car died, so I'm driving a gas hog I can't really afford to drive.

argue all the time with my father over money (he's pretty demanding, ex-military, yeah, yeah, I"m my own person, but you try dealing with him!!!!!!!!!!!)

Dad INSISTED my daughter drop out of school, so now she owes big student loan, plus I owe him car loan.

I do have faith, but I can't help thinking (where's money gonna come from)

only work part-time, and for a demanding, perfectionist, of a boss at that. (Likes to punish the imperfect by cutting hours)

Any way, thanks for letting me unload.:toomuch:

ha-ha "I don't drink, can't afford too"

PS My daughter also has acid--reflux. painful and makes it hard to eat.

If I wasn't a Christian, I'd look for a bridge.

I'M KIDDING, i think

Debby,

I for sure know the feeling! Life can get all of us down at times. That's exactly when we have to reach deep inside and ask God to hold us in loving arms and guide us. I hope by now things are improving for you. I also face some of your stated struggles and pray everyday for God to help me love my life even though, at present, I'm not where I want to be.

Hang in there and continue to reach out to others, both as a blessing and to be blessed!

Sounds like you are moving forward, which is also a blessing! Remember to note your victories no matter how small they seem. When life is overwhelming I try to remember to take little steps forward until I can recover my equilibrium and stride with confidence. Blessings on you & your family!~~Paige
