a prayer for the impulsive and way too spontaneous mess that is my brain

Am I the only one out there that wakes up in the morning with thought "hmm I think id like to buy a plane ticket to NY today" then follows through with this wildly impulsive thought? I've taken a leap of faith before and got burned before, I'm not sure what in my mind tells me this was a good idea. Alone in a huge city, what was I thinking? Prayers for a safe trip despite my reckless spontaneity streak would be much appreciated
