My job is really tuff on me in this area because it tends to be a really negative environment. I'm a waitress at a senior home and alot of the residents are mean and impatient and impossible to please...and I have to deal with it all the time and just wear a smile anyways. Plus none of my co workers are believers and it's just a very negative work place. I end up rubbing them the wrong way Coz of my faith. It hurts me coz i want to be their friends. :/ I'm not the preachy type but I'm also not afraid to speak up about my Jesus...and it gets me in trouble alot. I used to go to church more than 3 times a week but I moved out of state and I'm now there only once a week Coz everything is new and I'm having trouble finding a home church. So over all I just am really feeling drained....like all I do is work and I don't have much purpose. :(((( tired of ppl being unthoughtful, needing more encouragement, tired of not being understood...and the negative emotions just build and build...Uggh!!! I just get so MAD! If the Lord puts me on your heart...please pray for me. Post Reply

A man or woman that don't have control of hi/her spirit, is like a city without walls, it is open to all kinds of demonic spirit. The bible teaches that Anger abounds in the bosom of fools. You are God's child, his spirit lives inside of you, it is the Spirit of LOVE, POWER, AND SOUND JUDGEMENT. You have control, when you get angry you loose control and you are being control. You are the light in the midst of darkness, you are called to be an example and let His light shine through your actions, so you can win soul for Christ. Your job is your ministry, you must suffer for the sake of Jesus Christ. It is not easy to be a christian without the guidiance of the Holy Spirit, before you get angry ask the Holy Spirit to help you, He is your helper, in need and indeed. God is going to use in a big way. Lord in the name of Jesus give my Sister the patience that she needs to do what you call her to do. Godbless your days and your ways, in Jesus name Amen.
