Admin	Prayers for a Job Posted : 20 Nov, 2011 06:45 PM Hello everyone! I hope all of you are going to have the most wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving ever! My son and I are going to be alone for Christmas and Thanksgiving because I have two sisters (my mom and dad are gone now) who are extremely hateful, and I don't care to be around them. My son and I are invited to go to a very sweet friend and her husband's house on Christmas Eve. I appreciate that so much. They are from my church, and they are such Godly people. He is an usher, and she is in the choir with me. I love them and their kids very much! Anyway, I need a job (a clerical job with benefits, raises, and that's permanent/full time). I am a tutor right now at our local community college, but that job is ending on December 8th. I only work four hours a week at $8 an hour with never a raise and never any benefits. I live in Northern California (Redding to be exact), and there are no jobs whatsoever up here. I will be getting unemployment, but that's not going to sustain me. I know God is in control, but I need to do something besides sit at the computer all the time. That gets boring very quickly. Please pray for me. Also, I am thinking that the Lord may lead me to move to Oregon, but I am not sure. Please pray for me for that, too. I love Oregon, and my mom's family lives up there. Maybe that will be my last resting place before Jesus comes back. Take care everyone, and God Bless You! Thank all of you for your prayers. prayerduzwork View Profile History	Prayers for a Job Posted : 6 Dec, 2011 05:50 PM have you tried care dot com? they have a way to search for tutoring jobs and you can post your profile on there. If you have experience you can make easily $15-20 an hour. several people in my church found jobs on craigslist. besides that someone will put the right job and person in your life to help you with work. God is able and I'm praying that it is already a done deal. Post Reply
