I have smoked on and off (mostly on) for the past 30 + years. I wan't to be obedient in my relationship with the Lord; not giving in to the lusts of the flesh. I am confident that, as the Holy Spirit through Paul states in Romans 8, If by the Spirit we put to death the misdeeds of the flesh we shall live. Please pray that the Lord will provide strength and His full armour for me to conquer this once and for all. Thanks and God Bless you for your prayers, joeg21 Post Reply

Plenty of H2O, and for the next couple of wks, get more sleep than usual; "early bed, or naps"this helps! Also, think how NICE you will look! My very good friend Quit smoking. He had his teeth cleaned and bleached, and he looks wonderful! Post Reply
