Admin	Pray for my dad Posted : 20 Jul, 2011 08:08 AM My brother called me at 1am this morning to say that our dad is in intensive care. He was found passed out in the movie theater, and when the paramedics got there he was unresponsive, his heart rate was very low and they thought he was having a seizure. He was still unresponsive at 6am, and now I am just waiting for my brother to call me with more news. Post Reply

View Profile History	Pray for my dad Posted : 28 Jul, 2011 07:52 AM Update: My dad is doing OK now and out of the hospital. My brother thought he was extremely dehydrated because he had been helping my grandma move in the very hot weather all weekend, and he said thats what the doctors also said, but my dad says that is not the case. When they did a cat scan, they found the remains of a minor stroke from about 6 months ago. And my dad did have a seizure, so he cannot drive for the next six months. He has a dr. appointment tomorrow to know if he is cleared for work. His main job was a school bus driver, so his main source of income is gone. His boss has some things for him to do if he is cleared for work, but the hours will be far less than what he needs to survive the next six months. Post Reply
