Keep trying, keep praying, and if you should stumble and smoke, (and I'm NOT saying you will) keep going and stop smoking again!!!!!!!! You can do it, you will do it! lotsa water, and some raw carrots will help a lot! get as much sleep as you can for a while. This will help.:yay: Post Reply

During the first day I honestly felt that I was cheating, and that I should have more faith in my prayers to quit. so I took it off and have been cold turkey ever since! Post Reply
