As for your “modesty is nudity” proposition. I would recommend reading the first few chapters in Genesis. Used to be modest to run around in the nude but after human disobedience all that changed. Job made a covenant with his eyes. (Job 31:1) Not everyone does. Jesus came up with a solution. Matthew 5:29 And if thy right eye cause thee to fall, pluck it out and cast it from thee; for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell. Genesis 9, Noah got drunk and lie naked. I did not turn out well for his son Ham for telling others. If it is all okay, why did Adam and Eve hide from the Lord when they realized they were naked? And why did Noah's sons Shem and Japheth respond as they did Genesis 9:23? Genesis 9:23 And Shem and Japheth took a garment and laid it upon both their shoulders, and went backward and covered the nakedness of their father; and their faces were turned away, and they saw not their father’s nakedness. It was modest until our eyes were opened. The one act of disobedience by our first parents made them conscious of their nakedness. Now we cloth ourselves with Christ.
