There is one small Baptist congregation that in this evil America is still preaching God's Biblical Truth which the most mainstream so-called Christian churches failed to preach in warning many lost souls that God never changes and He is not mocked . This is the independent Baptist church that was established in Topeka in 1955 by the civil rights activist , the law advocate , and politician reverend Fred Waldron Phelps Sr (1929-2014 ) . The name of this church is Westboro Baptist Church . The Christian warriors of WBC are preaching nationwide warning lost Americans to fear God and to repent .
