Does a legal separation states we can date or engage in a romantic, intimate and/or lasting relationships? Should one (her/him) involve themselves in a romantic relationship when separated...???? Morally what should we do.....

Legal Separation means that legally you are still married. Morally that would mean that you are still married with all the responsibilities that go with that.

License. The permission granted by competent authority to exercise a certain

privilege that, without such authorization, would constitute an illegal act.

Q: Since when did I need permission from a government, to exercise a contract between my wife and me, before God? Did the founders of this country have to obtain permission to exercise their God given rights?

A: The founders did not have marriage licenses. At that time in our nations history, marriages were generally, simply, recorded in the Family Bible. Marriage licenses were introduced to enforce racism. When the slaves were freed; racists wanted to control marriages; as whites began to marry blacks. Hmmmm.... I can't find any such authority granted under the U.S. Constitution. I guess a de facto government trumps the law of the land. You know...."the land of the free"....the land that was founded on God given rights? It seems that these Tyrants elevate themselves to be above God.

Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 2 Corinthians 3:17

Bondage is a curse for a nation that turns away from God.

Aside from that, I hold little value in a license that is passed out in attempt to somehow validate homosexual perversion.

I'll just stick with God's law.

Is there any effort at reconciliation? Or has a divorce been filed?

If neither side has taken the steps to file the divorce, I would disagree with beginning dating.

On the other hand, the filing of divorce matches the Deuteronomy 24 "bill of divorcement" requirement and, to my understanding, releases the parties to begin dating.

Many people will recommend some healing period between filing divorce and beginning dating. That is probably a very good idea, but not a moral imperative.

This is one of the few dating sites that allows for separated people to join. I was married 33 yrs. Divorced. Went to Divorce care class and was told that it is recommended one does not date for at least the first year after a divorce. I didn't listen and was married two years later. I am now awaiting my final divorce papers from my lawyer.

What went wrong? I didn't listen to the red flags that were right in front of me.

Five break ups while dating

Change in his behavior two weeks before the wedding he wanted so bad.

We had not discussed important issues.

Worse one but very important unequally yoked in our faith.

He believed in the Alpha male syndrome...I had never heard of that.

He controlled even when I hung pictures on the wall.

Everything changed the week after the wedding
