Mathew 19:9

I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for marital unfaithfulness, and marries another woman commits adultery.

I Corinthians 7:12

But if the unbeliever leaves, let him do so. A believing man or woman is not bound in such circumstances: God has called us to live in peace.

Yes, and denying your mate sexual satisfaction is considered playing the harlot and sexual immorality, grounds for divorce.

And what does the unbeliever not believe? They no longer believe in each other? Because a house divided cannot stand.

An Unbeliever does not believe in Jesus, he is not a Christian and refuses to follow Christ. So, there would be No Peace in the home. If he or she chooses to leave the Christian let

them go.
