Question: Why is it when im workin on a car or under a sink and my jeans go alittle 'too far down" i hear the comment "plummers crack", but when a well endowed woman unveils her top in her profile picture it is "acceptable"? Ive seen many on this site. Dont these christian women know those are for their future husbands eyes only? To be honest, i dont appreciate getting hit with i would describe as "soft porn" on a christian site. i think CDFF should tighten their standards.
AND... i womt say how many photos ive seen and when i meet the woman,she looks like the mother of the woman in the picture. Im sure perhaps men do it too.
Our society's hypocritical about that sort of thing. Not surprised are ya? In the professional business enviroment men wear 3-piece suits that show the skin of their hands and their face. Women wear skirts that show off their legs and more often than not open top blouses that shows their clevage. They use their sexual characteristics as a tool to be successful while at the same time expecting to be treated equally to men.
Interestingly, on the morning of 9/11, Fox News' female on-air talent went from very leggy skirts and open blouses, to pants and fully buttoned up blouses. I remember the difference as it stood out so obviously to me. As though they were aware of what they'd been doing previously, but given the gravity of what was happening didn't think "sex sells" was appropriate. If you go back and watch video from 9/11 for Fox you can see this.
As to profile pics on this site it's important to understand this isn't necessarily a Christian site so much as a site catering to Christians.

That subject was discussed in a recent thread, Todd, and some of the women gave all types of excuses for the reason some of them dress immodestly.From the weather to not being able to find clothes that fit.:ROFL::ROFL:

Not to me it isn't. My sister is right -- it is a heart issue. There are lots of reasons why it MAY happen..... but the bottom line is, in my opinion, it is a heart issue.
And yes --- the men do it too. I have seen profiles of topless men, men wearing shorts where you can see up their legs, men in swimsuits, etc. And before you ask -- it is not always their main profile picture, so you don't even know you are going to see it until you open a profile and WHAM! Helllooooo there! hits you right in the eyes. My retnas are still recovering.
As long as men and women are given the same time I do not have a problem here.
I have seen men and women dress wrong. However, it is also what is in your heart. If you are going to lust about someone they can be dressed like a muslim woman and it does not matter. It is what the heart wants. I have seen men in sleevless t shirts here and with out a shirt too.

I agree, I think this matter deserves to be looked into! Someone needs to step and volunteer to check out such a serious allegation... Now exactly where are these profile pics? ; )
