Most people now days date for about 2 years before getting married Christian couples included. Which makes me wonder one of two things, either they're are already sleeping together. Or the man has no physical attraction/sexual interest in the woman to want to wait so long. For me 6 months to a year is ample time for a man to know if he wants to marry...:-) Post Reply

For me it's not bad to date for 2 years or more. It would give you ample time to get to know each other☺️ Sometimes, man wants to marry but he can't afford to in just 6 months. But as an older woman I wouldn't date a man for more than a year without marriage being the next step. It's not about being in a hurry but being mindful, that if the man doesn't intend to marry you.
