How to tell apart Scammers from Real Christian Seekers
Posted : 2 May, 2015 11:36 AM

I am not sure if this is the right forum to post this, nevertheless I want to share the latest experience I had with a few members I came to contact with.

I normally do not initiate correspondence but there was one particular guy who viewed my profile that caught my interest. After reading his profile, I thought of sending him a short message not to express romantic interest of sort but to commend him on how well his profile was written and how we have similar perspective and values which I was hoping could be the start of a friendship.

He responded and said he was open to becoming friends. I had been a victim of a scammer before, so upon my second message reply I kinda joked around on hoping that he is not a scammer or a serial killer. He never replied back.

Same thing happened with a different guy who wrote me. As soon as I opened the topic of scammers and serial killers.

Maybe that is how you tell scammers apart from real Christians on this site.

Plus, I noticed so much inconsistencies on the profiles of those whom I suspect are scammers.

I think it helps ease one's suspicion if the profile that your viewing participated in forums like this.

I'm not really an expert in identifying scammers and I'm not sure if my observations are correct but one thing I know for sure, we must all be vigilant and learn how to protect our hearts.
