If you think for one moment you can hide behind God to impress, play, use, abuse or whatever to get someone on here interested in you...well ya got another think comin'. It is a reality shock in some ways to actually think that someone would use God to 'play' someone on here.?? I have heard so many dif' stories about this, and to my wonderment...cann't fig' out why those that got played just didn't report them..and/or just hit the 'ignore' button. Sadly enough tho...sometimes you have to 'play' their own game to fig.' out you've actually been played. Sad isn't it? Well God KNOWS all about those of you that are on here in such disguise's...and deceit. Plus YOU know who you are too..and shame..shame , shame on you. Amen:) Post Reply

First i thought maybe you were young, but you are an attractive, strong faith woman. so did something happen and how did you find out deceit? i've only been doing this for a few months, but the few men i have emailed all seem genuine and mostly, very surface type of conversations. Maybe some women, like myself (naive ) would appreciate some pointers and safety tips !! Post Reply

If you feel that somthing is not right, you might want to follow. I ended up going on a date with someone who pretended to be someone else completely. He was not a good guy. Good luck. Personally, I was recently in contact with one who claimed to be interested in getting to know me, but acted far below the standards of what I consider pastoral behavior. These men are counterfeits who will hide behind their "position" to attempt unsuccessfully to strip women of their value and confidence in Christ. I have been chatting with people online from all over the world for a couple years now as i do mission work helping homeless children abroad and love to meet Christians from all over the world... I have meet so many of these fake people and usually just play along with some who ask for money .... then in the end they are the ones who end up getting played . Maybe this isnt the right Christian way to handle it but i feel they need to be put in there place and if they have there attention on me they are leaving some other person who may be more easily presuded alone . We base our opinions of those we chat with on the fact they are on a Christian Web site...unfortunatly ..when the enemy wants to HIT ya...he can do so even here!! Listen to that lil voice in your heart. Dont be trapped by the idea of rejection or lonliness if you dont talk to every goodlooking, smart, active man or woman that talks to you.
