sweetpea201 View Profile History	A strange and potentially dating experience Posted : 12 Oct, 2013 08:10 PM I went on a date about 1 !/2 hrs from where I live which was selected because it was half way between where I live and where he said he lived. He was polite and very complimentary. He did not keep his hands of me He kissed me continuously. Not like I kiss when I am first being acquainted with some one. I kiss on the cheek on the side of the neck. these kisses were not enough for him. No, these were kiss that explored my mouth. He caressed me and held and frankly would keep his hands to himself. Kissed my hands. He asked to see me again. But some how I knew we would not. He mentioned how many people thinks he is in his forties. He used 2 different accounts on my skype. One name triggered an google site that was a war hero from the place he said he lived. Just in general an uneasy feeling I began to have. He did take me to secluded area but moved to a public are / park where I felt more at ease. I did everything I would not do regarding my safety because I was so overcome by admiration for bravery, and duty under fire taking care of many other men. As a past Vietnam nurse I had such admiration. In talking to him I realized he had my profile memorized. he had changed his age one time saying it was in error. He said he had entered another skype account with me so I would not be aware of his history of silver star. I think he assumed another s identity to gain my trust. He acted as if he did not really want me to know being very modest of his citation and award. I made it home intact. God protected me and so he want from wanting to see me this week to wanting to forget me. All too strange. Stay in a public area. If you feel something is not right it isn't. I am grateful, if he is real then I am still grateful. I need someone who respects that I need time to have those feeling and give that type of affection. Never the less is is not the man for me. Your encounter is a good reminder to all to use extreme caution when meeting someone through these sites. Just because 'Christian' is in the ame is no guarantee that the one you're meeting is a Christian or holds the same values you do. Always let someone you trust know where you're going. I also ask them to call & check up on me. If you have time, checkout the meeting site in advance and know how to get away from the location if necessary. If you haven't taken a self-defense class, do it...you never know when you might need it. Post Reply
