Admin	I am so confused. Please help. Posted : 28 Apr, 2013 05:03 PM Ok, a girl on this site started talking to me the other day. I enjoyed the conversations we had and getting to know each other. Suddenly she sent me a message saying "May I direct this into a more serious direction?? Do you believe in the KJV as Gods living word? Believe in living each day as if its your last for Him??" I replied to that saying "I do believe in living each day as if it is my last for Him. Not the KJV so much. As long as you're reading the bible and you're able to understand it, I don't think it matters what version. I do try to read from the KJV but I frequently have to open up an NIV or an NASV to help me out. What about you?" I am now blocked from sending her any more messages. Did I say something offensive? I don't think you said anything offensive,you answered her according to what you believe and feel. Its hard to accept rejection but when i'm rejected i take it that it wasn't the will of God for me. Do not be confused,always be truthful so that the other person will either accept you or reject you for who you are and i think thats exactly what you did. Her reaction is not about you but what is going on inside of her. She would have needed to controll your world also. Kick the dust off your heals, lick whatever wounds you might have and onward and upward..... Beside all women are crazy. If you havent figured this out yet I am now clueing you in on the secret. They really need a man, but a strong solid man who they can just allow their craziness to be relieved through his strength. The key is finding the right crazy woman for your self. Posted : 4 May, 2013 06:40 PM Sadly, there are some independent denominations that teach that the KJV is the only acceptable version of the Bible. They are wrong, but don't question their pastor who teaches them this. That is why you were eliminated. They are told to only look for a man/woman who is also KJV only. There is a good book out there that refutes this concept called, the KJV only controversy, by James R. White. You could possibly consider this a Christian cult for believing so, for they would have other legalistic requirements as well. God bless, Mark Post Reply

Jesus is the Word....In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God......> The bible's we read and enjoy are to direct us to who God is that we might interact with Him on a intimate level. I prefer the KJV and NKJV but my feincee and many others from differing countries have versions of translations in their language. God tells us that if we seek after Him we ( will ) find Him. Many times He gives us this guarentee in the bible. The word will.... The question is then what ever translation we read. Are we seeking after God and are we finding Him? I had the experience of attending such church and their idea is that other versions corrupted the promises of God...I find the church leadership so judgmental. Her blocking you was truly an indication of controlling behavior..and as a christian we don't need that within the body of Christ. We are supposed to love ,support and be patiently kind to one another. You sound like you have a loving sincere heart. I'm sure there are plenty of women on here that would appreciate those qualities in a Christian man.
