There are times when you find constructive discussions, encouragements (people open up to narrating their problems and they are lifted up by encouragements), then other times you find drama, arguments, heated debates etc. I also think that if someone really wanted to be apart of the live chat then they could easily change the discussions by getting involved with an interesting topic so as to avoid heated debates and drama in the chatroom.
