For me I think you are advertising your body instead of your mind. First of all -I am what you would call "blessed" with endowment. But -along the lines of your first comments, it really is NOT easy to dress modestly considering the cultural/fashion trends. I really do hafta look granny-like just to cover up. i actually wear sweaters to cover up what always seems to peek out every time I tape and twist these mountains to mind their bizniz. I pity every woman who disdains the " blessing" asa curse -and for other reasons as well. But -keep in mind: it IS typical of men to watch the bosom even when they're not showcased or obvious. I cant change a man's focus & I tend to think thata man who cant step foot out of the house without frustrating himself with looking has more ofa problem than the lusty dresser. Women really do sometimes think little of it -especially the smaller ones who are convinced that they can get away with it b/c they're not as big as others. and the big ones are just gross & overt to few men & women alike. I respect peoples' choices -even when i dont agree with them. if im in relationship with them & have the "right" to say something, it's MY responsibility. but-if you dont know some1 -well, I would tell my friend to come off the throne unless they're willing to let us attack an antichrist behavior of theirs thats unacceptable as well. you can create a big judging match with this if you want to. (note: have you noticed that my pic is head shot only? i get complaints from men who want to see my body -isnt a description good enuf? people are sensitive -some wanna see but hav rules about what you show. others want you to hide b/c their imagination is UNcontrollable.) I think it's time we ask the Spirit of God to teach us discernment both in being holy & discerning holiness. (ps-men with shirts off ARE an issue for women; for some just bare arms; and others, legs and even feet. how do any of us know someone's weakness? we are NOT all the same) I love sexual people & lus-ty people, both prosecution & defense -judges AND jury. but I want to be like Jesus & seeing the flaws on both sides, I desire to let them ALL go! Only God understands the motives and the heart -where the desires come from and what shapes our choices. That must be why Jesus warned us against judging things we can NOT know every side to in order to make holy judgments. Let's let Him have it. and set our complaints down. My God, help me to watch how I stumble my brothers and let me be sensitive to how I represent YOU in how I dress and how I choose to see others as well. Help us to make an effort to look past the things on the outside -good or bad, so that we can discover the deeper needs, the real heart-cry & minister to the disease instead of just frustrating over the symptoms that wont go away. Women(/men) need love, not criticism -some hungry for attention and cannot discern what kind will heal them properly, so in desperation they may grasp at the easiest possibility to cover the emptiness. Please fill them up with with LOVE & heal them so that they can heal others as well instead of offending or stumbling them. -love you, Lord -LOTS! Good night. Post Reply
