I have in the past, messaged some and say "Hey, great catch! what did you use? Buzz bait? ? How many pounds? what a whopper! then I usually slip in a link to the forums to bait them in here..Fishing goes both ways see!, Guess I went fishing too often with dear ol dad and hung out at the Bass Pro Shops so it's up my alley. I am a tomboy. Hey a man is a provider so he is proud of those pics ! The mugshots.???..I prefer them to half naked men with tattoos and no shirt with 6 pack abs in multiple selfies! And what if you meet a nice guy who's dressed to impress in his profile, then you go out on a date and he has fish breath? What if he coves it up with Listerine until after the wedding and then *BAM*, he got you? Us guys don't want to start at the top anyway. Sometimes I want to be just "okay" an lounge around looking like a scrub. If she's nice, then I'm sure there will be times I'll be willing to put on a nice suit and tie *cringe*, but the true me would rather be living like a caveman and hunting Sabertooth Tigers. Why? Posted : 27 Oct, 2019 08:58 AM one thing about God is he gave the ability for us to make choices...and change our minds. I've made a decision to not back down...and instead report all the harrassing comments on this post. Those of you who have chosen to 'backbite' and use my user name to come against me have been reported so do not use my username anymore in your posts. Ever heard of screenshots??? Well God, as well as myself, and admin have taken a screenshot of the backbiting harrassing comments here. And it will be dealt with accordingly. And Yes, I haven't responded sooner because yes, I AM being wooed. I didn't get on a dating site to blog with a bunch of women. So if you can't be more conscious like Toth is, and want to cannibalize power to make yourself feel better, then go to social media and do that...see how far that gets you. Posted : 27 Oct, 2019 09:40 AM TOTH, you say you don't always want to be at the top and sometimes want to look like a scrub. I say 'duh' to that...me too. But it's the FIRST profile picture that counts. You get what you give. True that some will come later with stinky breath, ideas, pottymouth. But for me, if they are not coming correct at the beginning, then I feel they are not serious about getting into a real relationship. It tells me they think of a wife, not as a GOOD thing as scripture says, but someone they can take or leave. Not someone they will hold at high value as scripture says. Post Reply
