Posted : 25 Oct, 2009 05:37 PM The reason, why I am writing to you this, is to warn people how devious some people can be. I met someone on this site. And innocently enough, fell for him, He posed, as this super spiritual christian. I trusted him wholeheartedly. I shared with him everything. And I truely believed that it was going to lead to something. He assured me, his love etc...and I was truly and honestly falling for this man, There were a couple of red flags that a choose to ignore. For example,,,,,I am a firm believer, of the fruits of a person, and I do not mean financial, Stupid me...He persuaded, me to leave the site and stop all conact with the people from the site. Telling me, that when one is in a relationship, its not Christian like, to keep on conversing with other men on the site. And to be quiet honest I agreed. I was willing to sell my property and move to his part of the world. There was a lot of information that I opened my up to him, and he slowly and slyly retracted all this info, but he relunctantly, ever told me, much about his situation, only little odds and ends, which I was extremely concerned, but my heart was already involved. ANYWAY, he always, spoke so righteous,,,,and I fell for it. To cut the long story short, I caught him out, on this site aswell as another site,, Someone, wanted to warn me about him, and it seems that I am not the only one that he does this to. He does this thing to woman, from all walks of life. So please girls, do not be so gullable, like me,,,Read my story and learn from it. It does not mean that a person that can quote the bible backwards, is a true christian. I have learned this now, in the most horrible way. This person could even fool, the devil himself, thats how cunning he was. So beware... Post Reply

Posted : 25 Oct, 2009 11:35 PM dear phillipj, welcome to the forums,. i must say i dont agree so much with airing out private business in a public forum.. as i was involved in one one time where a woman scorned lied about me on a public forum and said my name.and so i had to prove my innocence and then made them give me a public apology as they had named me in a public forum.. i still got the apologies kept just in case i ever need em again.. and the evidence.. but look mari didnt name you here. until you stated it was you.. so if youd of kept quiet then no one would of even known it was you except for you and her.. if possible you should of discussed this privately with her or just left it alone.. im not choosing sides here. im not sayin who i think is tellin the truth here. im just sayin this is your personal business and it wouldnt of even been a public issue if you hadnt of named yourself.. i do hope you both can stop and forgive each other altogether.. this kind of stuff will eat you alive if you let it.. ole cattle Post Reply

Posted : 26 Oct, 2009 05:56 AM just looking for friends.I am recently div. and am in no hurry to get serious.I went back to school while I am unemployed. I tell the ladies I will be in school for about a year and a half. It takes about a month just to get my personal email.Only one lady got I think.What is the hurry? As A guy I will not haress a lady.It is stalking and I consider it a crime.Even on the internet.Philip you went after her by saying who you were. Big error!!!! If the lady ends it even if a misunderstanding takes place leave her alone.It only makes her be truthful if you attack her.It verifies her thoughts about you.:stop: Like if a woman says no then it is rape. The same goes for haressing her out in the open. I did find a guy on this site possing as a woman wanting to be a wife.That profile I can no longer find. Posted : 26 Oct, 2009 10:34 AM When women are scammed by a man they seem to think that other men are 'likely' to be the same way. This seemingly obvious conclusion is flawed. It will add bias into the thinking of women who might otherwise allow love to grow. In matters of the heart, when life gets serious enough to think of marriage, we must forget about all the superficial aspects of romance. Love transcends wealth, and looks and yet is reflected in those and other qualities. Wealth and attractiveness suggest a high quality individual. Advertisers exploit those images continuously. The danger with all relationships (as those of us who are divorced know) is that people are flawed. Jesus offered up the one character trait which truly gives power and light to life. That trait is subverted by the consequences of the lack of that trait. I'm talking about love. Love's essence is unconditionally life giving. It is, except for our proper contextual understanding of it, Quixotic. It's easy for a Christian woman to think she knows a man and discover that she does not. And there is also evidence in that, that she does not yet know herself in the sense that Chistian love requires of her. It's not so honest to warn others of men when one has been burned by one. As if to say, I am wary of horses since I've been thrown by a few. Some mal adjusted horses will do that. Can a cowboy know the difference? As a man who desires nore than anything to have true love I can tell you that some men struggle to learn, to do what ever they can, to obtain the essence of love in order to have something of real value to offer a Christian woman. I am also sorry that this happened to you. I was talking to someone like that. God can give you a check in your spirit. I had this check in my spirit and went with it, I asked question, questions, all kinds of questions. I tried to get his phone number and he made all kinds of excuses why not too. He also tried to lure me away from the site, and told him no and it made him angry. I also found another lady he was talking to from somewhere else. He was lieing to her also. I did report him and he was removed from that site. It was not from here. When I found out he was lieing I deleted him from everything and blocked him from ever contacting me again. It is not to get to envolved until you know and you know where this man or women is coming from. It is also women like that not just the men. Pray for discernment and let the Holy Spirit guide you he will not misguide you. God Bless you and keep you all safe. In Jesus Name Amen Rose Post Reply

Posted : 2 Dec, 2009 12:01 PM Okay well, now that I've read all that I feel like I just left a Jerry Springer Show, I'm exhausted lol. I'm also terrified! Okay maybe not terrified but, ya know I had a friend go on one of these and I dogged it becuz I have no trust in the eaasiest place on earth to decieve someone, and HERE I AM LOL LOL! I came here thinking well, it's a CHRISTIAN site this should be okay and now I find there are alleged scammers on even a Christian site OMW!!!!!!! Is this how we praise Jesus??????? HHHHmmmm, I'm concerned. I take my faith VERY seriously and if peeps don't then keep the scamming to non-Chirstian sites. PEOPLE PRAY B4 giving out info, getting involved ...... ask God to either open or shut the door .......... ask Him for guidence b4 making a move, there are female scammers out there too so tht goes for the men on the site too. If you are not asking for Gods guidence in your choices then you shouldn't be here anywy. PRAY PRAY PRAY. Hugz & Blessings Post Reply
