Lol Now I wouldn't go to the movies alone because I like to have someone to comment the movie after it ends. To talk about our point of views about the movie though. Post Reply
View Profile History	Guys and girls Posted : 29 Aug, 2011 11:05 AM I think to highly of FOOD to allow my singledom from stopping me from eating out. :toomuch: I would starve to death if I had to wait around for a dinner companion :nahnah:. I'm secure enough in myself that doing pretty much anything on my own doesn't bother me...I don't give it much thought. In fact, I think it odd that anyone would stop themselves from enjoying life simply because they don't have someone to share it with. That is concept I cannot relate to. But it's usually at a fast foods restaurant that I go alone to, not a family restaurant. If I don't feel like cooking, I will find my way to get something to eat.:eat: Post Reply

I'd get bored, and people would start wondering why I'm watching them lol I'll go to the movies alone, I actually enjoy it =] I can focus on the movie. When I go with a date, I'm soo nervous that I can't even pay attention to the movie. lol Post Reply
cowgirl1984 View Profile History	Guys and girls Posted : 23 Sep, 2011 08:53 PM I take myself out to restaurants (no matter the type) and movies all by myself somewhat frequently (depends on movies). I'm all grown up now and fully capable of doing these things for myself :laugh: I understand why some would feel awkward being alone, but I think sometimes that's all in our minds. These days everyone has a cell phone, PDA, tablet, something like that... Just put it on silent and use it while you're waiting for your food. Play games, text people, etc. If you really don't have anything interesting to do with your phone (or whatever item you have), all you have to do is stare at it and move your fingers and occasionally look interested :ROFL: Post Reply

I agree that life is meant to be lived in community, but single people got to eat and have fun too! I do go to lunch sometimes and dinner out. No problem doing some of the things I like by myself.
