I hate bootlegged booksPosted : 16 Jun, 2012 11:39 AMBooks have been so much part of my life, I can't express the things I had learned from them. When I read a book I form a special bond with that book. The weight, smell, texture, size, cover, content, page type, color are very distinct. The state of the book is very important to me, the pages, the age, book should be well maintained. Today a friend of mine gave me a bootlegged book, I thought "it's OK", it's just a book. But I can't stand the sight of it. I just can't, I tried to read a few pages but my hands just tremble. |
